Exciting Destinations

Finally home and recovered 🙂 We can’t thank you enough for all your help and support for our vacation this summer. We had the best time exploring - and fell in love in particular with Baiona and Porto! The hotels were excellent in every way - stunning settings and luxury all in one. The Sagres in Porto was absolutely perfect - WOW. Just beautiful and lux and the staff were the best. The Paradore in Baiona was beyond expectations - simply awesome and the Hotel O Rial was so special. We were so pleased with every place we stayed. I can’t wait for the next adventure and will absolutely reach out to you for your expertise to help us make the next one just as wonderful. Our 5 day trip to Amsterdam was organised superbly by Telina. Every question we might have had was answered calmly, promptly, and expertly. The Flights from Bristol Airport to Amsterdam were chosen with the best timings. Our Seats next to each other were booked well in advance, as were the Transfers to our Hotel, and back. Hotel Eden was chosen for its ideal central location, and for also hosting Breakfasts as part of the package. The room was good, and also contained a Safe, which was vital for us. The Breakfasts were fantastic, with a full range of Scrambled eggs/Sausages/Bacon, as well as a full Continental selection, including cakes! Coffees and Juices were unending! We discovered that we could actually just walk to the main Tourist sites. Avoiding being toppled by the multiple bikes coming at us from all directions was the only hazard! Thanks to Telina and her team, we had secured Tickets for both the Rijk's Museum and for Anne Frank's House [which was booked up for months ahead of time]. When we arrived at the Museum, we enjoyed no less than three Tours - one Guided, one Audio, and another Metamorphoses Tour [commentary by Stephen Fry]. All of them were excellent. At Anne Frank's House, our Tickets also included a pre-tour Historical talk, which set the context vividly.. It was very emotional hearing all the terrible details, and seeing the conditions in the hidden annexe. We also fitted in a Hop on/Hop off Bus/Boat tour. The 2 hour Boat trip was great, and very relaxing. We also slid in a final Canal Cruise on the last morning. There were so many wonderful Bars and Restaurants in Rembrandt Square, two minutes from our Hotel, that we never had to search too far for somewhere to eat and drink. This was, undoubtedly. one of our favourite Holidays, and it would not have happened or gone so smoothly without Telina and the Travel Professionals.
