We provide instant ‘live’ email confirmation, which reflects the current state of the reservation on a secure website. We can hold reservations without obligation from 1 to 28 days dependent on fare type, but should you need to change a confirmed booking after ticket issue, there is no additional fee unless there is a charge from the airline. We can also void same day tickets, should travel plans suddenly change.
The Travel Professionals aim to assist the travel booker to make their job easier, taking care of all the details to ensure a seamless itinerary. Advice & assistance on passport and visa requirements, reservations for car rental and hotel accommodation provided free of charge when booked in conjunction with transportation.
During travel clients have free access to the mobile phone app TripCase which enables the traveller to view all travel arrangements on the go, as well destination information.
Clients also have access to out of hours support, through our dedicated helpline – subject to free allowance limits – which is manned by very experienced consultants who can offer a calm and efficient solution to any travel crisis.
Post travel we can supply management information reports which analyse your savings, give detailed traveller information including route comparison, hotel & car usage, supplier annual spend tracking and much more!
