I found the hotel to be in a perfect location, just 15 minutes from Paphos airport by taxi and a 30 minute walk along the seafront into Paphos. Completely peaceful, but if you wanted shops, bars and restaurants they were all an easy walk or taxi ride away. I liked to walk into town early evening catching the sunset, have a drink on the waterfront in Paphos people watching, and then take a taxi back to my oasis at Asimina in time for dinner.

The Asimina has a beautiful pool, with plenty of space for loungers and sun shades. No need to get up early here to bag your spot, there is plenty of space for all. The beach is lovely by Cyprus standards not the Caribbean for sure, but sandy and beautiful crystal clear waters, again with plenty of loungers and sun shades. If you are staying in private pool suite, you even have your own private cabana on the beach for your exclusive use.
Asimina Suites
The food at Asimina was most impressive and unlike a lot of other 5 star properties, not completely overpriced. I especially liked the beach restaurant open for lunch and dinner where you can have a lovely romantic meal overlooking the sea.

The property was spotlessly clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the rooms well equipped and spacious, I would not hesitate to recommend it for a short break without the children or a longer stay holiday.
